If you’ve ever submitted a report on Angie’s List you’ll know that it’s much like a grade school report card. There are six categories: Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality of Work, Professionalism, Price and Overall Experience. Member’s are asked to rate these categories on an A-F scale (A for excellent, F for lousy).
This model continues to work well for Angie’s List but with the new website boost we’re able to offer even more information to our members! With the new Enhanced Report feature members can, at will, submit more detailed information about the services they receive. Some of the enhanced questions include:
- How much did the final cost compare to the original estimate?
- How far in advance did you schedule the work?
- What words of advice would you give other members considering this contractor?
- What words of advice would you give this contractor?
