We’ve streamlined the search process, making it easier for members to find local service providers in our most popular traditional service categories, with a separate search field for health care categories. Health providers are also now easily identified with the following icon.
We’ve also made big changes to our health reporting criteria, including asking for information on the provider’s bedside manner, effectiveness of treatment and much more. In addition, Angie’s List members can now see more information on physicians, including where they attended medical school, specialty certifications, hospital affiliations, profiles of other physicians in the same practice, and more.
