We have a wisteria that does everything but BLOOM! I has got to be one of the more aggressive plants, wrapping it's tendrils around anything and everything. Last weekend, I decided to cut it back severely so that I could replace the trellis that it was SUPPOSED to be growing on. Cutting it back meant that I had to get up on the roof...climbing ladders is one of my least favorite things to do. Took my electric clippers and anything else with a blade up there to chop it back. Chop I did! And then I got to go to Home Depot for the tools to reconnect the cable for our computer. Yes, electric clippers have no problems going through cable!
