I am using a reputable plumbing service that I have asked to quote me a price on replacing a broken toilet in a half bath. The quote includes the price of a new toilet, parts plus labor. It will be a good quality toilet and he knows what type of toilet would be best for the small bathroom. Is it worth it for me (time and money) to shop for a toilet separately and have the plumber install it?
