Yes. Angies list has just sent this company your report and plastered your name at the top. One of their excuses is that they did not supply the contractor with your phone number, but of course he has this already because he did a job with you. Good luck. You are now the ninth person on this message board to contact Angies List with no meaningful change in their policy.
