Make that 14. No wonder there are so few negative or even useful reports in "the list". There is no way that I can post an honest negative review about a contractor if that contractor is then given my name. I've never had a truely negative experience where I would be willing to take such a risk. I would expect such a policy for a free or ad-supported service, but not for something with such a high subscription cost.
