Shouldn't I decide what I want to read?

Water sprayed from under hood all over winshield while I was driving? I was driving down the highway when suddenly water sprayed all over the driver's side of my winshield from under the hood. ALOT of water. I actually thought it was raining for a second. I noticed right after that the car started making a squealing noise that went away but now whenever I stop the car it starts over heating. What just happened??? Is it safe to drive home 25 minutes away?

Thanks for writing. Let me assure you, no posts have been deleted or filtered. The most likely reason you are not seeing any recent posts under the automotive thread is because no one has posted recently. However, it sounds like you need to check your settings. If you go to the "Under the hood" thread and click "More options" you can change your settings to show all posts in that thread. Likely, your settings are currently showing only posts newer than two months.

If you go to the home page, you will see all of the most recent posts on the Angie's List forum and the automotive topic has not been one. If you would like to start a thread of your own, perhaps the posts in that category will pick back up.

So on the member discussions page, it says there are currently 28 threads and 107 posts. Mouseover tells me that the last posting for the entire automotive forum was mid September, and was "RE: 27 threads, 105 posts?"

From September. Almost 3 months ago.

I find it hard to believe that all of the community interested in automotive collectively decided to stop posting. And even if they did, where is the forum? When I click it, it tells me there is nothing there to read. Obviously not, if there is a post from September. I have no filters. UNless they have been imposed on my account after I set them to off.
