I need good tenants!

I have recently bought a very nice townhome to rent out and need to use a service to do background or credit checks on prospective tenants. Does anyone know a quick economical but thorough way to do this type of check?

We do background/credit checks through Mr. Landlord (mrlandlord.com). There is also other helpful advice at this website.
