Hi All,
I have just shifted to Philadelphia two months ago. I like music and in the evening hours I play music for around 30 mins to 45 mins everyday with high volume.
My neighbours (old-age guys) hate this and complains my parents for this. And you know I am not able to play music... any more!!
My mom has tried to explain them but in vain. ...

Are you still facing the problem?
If yes, do the following:
1) Either ask the same AC-unit fixing guys a suggestion
2) Have that covered with some plastic cloth temporarily (until you have a permanent solution)
3) It is no company that does, Have some carpenter/ hardware guy come and get a permanent cover that looks neat and also ...
