Installed a courtyard and path last year. Was told I should wait 60 days to seal. But should I seal? If so with what? Seems to be conflicting information on various vendors websites and in conversations.

I want to install a spa in my backyard, but because of covenents in my development, I can only have a 4-ft high fence.
